Users on BitcoinTalk are reporting the inability to withdraw funds. This exchange is now bankrupt. You can't trade at all on Cryptsy, DON'T USE THEM. Cryptsy was a US based crypto exchange and one of the most popular at that with a clear and easy to used interface specifically for trading crypto to crypto - for example dogecoin for litecoin. In this respect, Cryptsy was one of the leading crypto exchanges out there.
